CHESHIRE
Mid-winter at Little Moreton Hall
Probably the finest example of a 15th century, timber-framed moated manor house in Britain, Little Moreton Hall is one of Cheshire's truly iconic buildings. Photographed here in early January snow, the Hall was used as a location for Granada TV's 1996 production of Moll Flanders. It is a National Trust property.
