Gawsworth Hall
This historic family home in east Cheshire dates, in parts, to 1365. In the 16th century it was the home of Mary Fitton, said to have been the Dark Lady of Shakespeare’s sonnets. During the summer Gawsworth Hall is a unique venue for open air theatre performances. The house and gardens are open to the public between April and the end of August.
